deck pool and accommodations are spectacular, awesome back deck and pool with waterfall to wind down after a long day on the beach, everything was clean bright and engineered for relaxation, it was very clean and the aromas were very inviting and refreshing, its very very clean and attentiveness of the host is awesome, great experience with this place the host went out of his way to make me comfortable, richard and his staff were very attentive to keeping the villa and grounds beautiful, robert and his team were the perfect hosts, robert and his staff have an amazing home right on one of on the back deck, the private pool is beautiful and the air conditioner is great, stylish decoration great views to the sea and a nice plunge pool, the villa is amazing the view is amazing from every room you stand in, everything is excellent clean well appointed(as advertised), everything was sparkling clean and perfect, divine silence spacious enough so we could do out own kind of relaxing, the location is very close to nice eating destinations and beautiful beaches, very neat beautiful and comfortable place, what a beautiful place the minute you walk in you will feel like you have been transported in time, beautiful architecture the views are beyond and the pool/amenities are top quality, bed and sleeping arrangements can be shifted around to make everyone comfortable, all of the furniture is was very comfortable the home has absolutely everything, we cooked breakfasts and two amazing dinners including a cookout in the grill, bedrooms are spacious and the beds with crisp white linens are very comfortable, the place is very clean and feels brand new, daniel was so kind accommodating and responsive, karen the property manager was very communicative and checked in often to make sure our needs were met, the hosts are very helpful and the property manager karen was a delight to work with, truly epic place for a large group trip especially while under lockdown, the perfect bedrooms the green areas and the views are something special, everything was extra clean and super calm, the place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay, a beautiful in san juan, ac systems was easy to use and customize for each room, multiple tvs with streaming devices in every room were great to have for the kids, the beds were super comfortable and the of us, the house is very clean modern and spacious, every room was sparkling clean (the master bathroom was esp gorgeous), safe and clean home especially during this covid-19 pandemic, this home is incredible the place is clean and well stocked with everything, the host provided us with great info and a lot of advice on places to go and see, peter was the most gracious host with very quick responses when needed and helpful local recommendations, peter is a great host and is quick to answer any questions you may have, great location and really easy to get around, the house and the location are outstanding, peters place was in an excellent location, luxury beachfront villa in a gated community in yabucoa, fernandos place was breath taking the view and private pool made our stay perfect, a very spacious house with an amazing view and a great pool, the kitchen is well stocked and there is a gas grill as well, beautiful house with a view to the ocean and a very nice pool, the house was sparkling clean and the pool area was impressive, the house was very clean and everything seems very well kept, the hosts were very thoughtful and communicative, they are excellent hosts and definitely take care of their guests, he was able to answer all my questions and was very kind, as a family we really had a spectacular stay thank you to the host, great place to stay as a family we
